Overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Havana Beach Bar & Grill showcases Gulf Coast American cuisine with Old World Spanish, Portuguese, and French influences, incorporating meats, fish, and produce sourced locally from small, family-owned producers within 100 miles of the restaurant. Signature items include the Chorizo and Artisan Cheese Empanadas; Paella with grouper, sea scallop, gulf shrimp, lobster, chorizo, rice, and sofrito; and Lamb Loin with caramelized sweet potato, Chile plantain, foraged mushrooms, and Malbec cranberries.
