AJ’s Grayton Beach has officially opened its doors in the former Pandora’s location. They’ve completely redesigned and updated the interior space, including the addition of a 75-seat sushi bar and lounge area.
The redesign incorporates high ceilings, vintage coastal decor and earthy hardwoods.
“We designed a comfortable, welcoming interior design that reflects the laid-back lifestyle and eclectic culture of South Walton,” said Alan Laird, owner of AJs.
He said their new menu and diverse music line up should offer something for everyone.
Once renovations are complete on the climate-controlled outdoor dining deck and bar, AJs Grayton Beach will be able to serve over 300 guests at a time.
AJs Grayton Beach serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, including a Sunday brunch with a Bloody Mary Bar. Local Chef Brad Moore’s menu includes fresh Gulf seafood and oak-fired grilled steaks. The bar serves craft beer, cocktails and wine with Happy Hour drink specials available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
