There are many reasons to ‘spring’ aboard SunQuest Cruises SOLARIS Yacht in Sandestin, Florida. As the only dining and entertainment yacht in Northwest Florida, the SOLARIS yacht’s weekly dinner cruises are a popular activity for families, couples and friends during the spring and summer seasons.
In addition to the weekly public dinner cruises, there are many SPECIALITY dinner cruises scheduled to welcome a new season of fun and unforgettable memories.

Beginning March 21, the SOLARIS is hosting a weekly Fireworks and Dancing Dinner Cruise every Tuesday night for three weeks. You can experience the third and final cruise on April 4, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. The evening begins with cocktails from the full-service bar as the 125 foot yacht cruises the local waters with panoramic views. Guests will indulge in a three-course, chef prepared meal featuring prime steaks, fresh Gulf seafood and more. Live music can be heard from all three decks, including the open air sky deck. The night concludes with a bang as the sky above illuminates with fireworks from Sandestin’s Village of Baytowne Wharf.
SunQuest Cruises’s annual Easter Lunch Cruise has become a time-honored tradition for families seeking a relaxing and memorable experience. The open air, sky deck becomes a popular starting point for pictures and to take in the amazing views and fresh air. The SOLARIS chefs freshly prepare the three-course meal aboard the yacht’s galley. This year’s menu includes Southern Shrimp and Grits, Blackened Bone-in Pork Chop, Petit Filet, Pasta Primavera and a special children’s menu. The Easter Lunch Cruise is from 1 – 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 16.
