Spotlight Events:

July 3- Seaside Stars and Stripes with the Symphony Orchestra- 7:30 PM

Seaside Stars & Stripes celebration kicks off with a symphonic performance. Grab your lawn chairs and blankets and pick a spot on the amphitheater lawn for this free show.

July 4- 4th of July Celebration at Rosemary Beach- 7:30 AM- 9 PM

Start your 4th bright and early with the Rosemary Beach Bike Decorating Contest and Breakfast followed by the Bike Parade through the Town Center and an old-fashioned family field day on Western Green. At 6 p.m. you can enjoy the musical stylings of the “Like Totally” Hep Cats followed by a fireworks display on the beach at 8:45 p.m. Blankets and chairs encouraged.

July 4- South Walton 4th of July Parade- 8 AM

Seaside hosts the community’s annual Independence Day parade along scenic 30A beginning at 8 a.m. The parade route begins at Seagrove Plaza and continues over to Seaside where the parade ends and party begins. Off-site parking and free shuttles into Seaside are available on July 4th from 6 a.m. until midnight from the public parking lot in Grayton Beach on Hwy 283 across from The Shops at Grayton Beach.

July 4 – Grayton Beach 4th of July Parade- 8:30 AM

Decorate your cars, jeeps, boats, bikes, scooters, and more and join in on the Grayton Beach Parade fun. No registration required, and all are welcome. Enjoy popsicles, watermelon and lemonade at the end of the parade. Line-up begins at The Red Bar at 8 a.m.

 July 4- Red, White and Baytowne- 6-10 PM

With a host of kid-friendly activities, crafts, face painting, live music and fireworks Baytowne has everything you need to enjoy a fun, family-friendly fourth. Live music begins at 6 on the Baytowne Lawn followed by a fireworks show over the lagoon at 9:15 p.m. Free and open to the public, blankets and lawn chairs encouraged.

July 4- 4th of July Concert & Fireworks at Alys Beach- 6-9 PM

Bring your blankets and chairs and grab a spot on the Alys Beach Amphitheater lawn for live music by Celebrity All Star Band and a fireworks display. Pack a picnic, bring the cooler or grab some food and drinks from the available vendors. This event is free and open to the public, and family-friendly.

July 6- Topsail Hill Preserve State Park: Topsail Under the Stars- 4:30-9:30 PM

Join Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and the Northwest Florida Astronomy Association (NWFAA) on July 6th to explore the sun and stars. Before sunset, NWFAA members will help you see the sun via their solar telescopes. Once the sun goes down prepare to be amazed by stars and other celestial objects. No additional fee to attend the event, single day admission is free. Participants must be in park before 6:00 p.m.

July 7- Beach Clean-Up Project – 9-11 AM

Help give back to the community by joining Friends of South Walton Sea Turtles for a beach clean-up project. The team will join efforts with volunteers to clean up Ed Walline Regional Beach Access and Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access. Those interested in volunteering need only bring sunscreen, water, and personal items required to work in the sun. Trash bags will be provided. All are welcome to come help keep South Walton’s beaches beautiful.

July 10- The Bryan Kennedy Show at The Seaside REP Theater- 7:30 PM

Prepare for a night of laughs and surprises as Bryan Kennedy returns to The REP stage. Bryan engages the crowd and creates a highly interactive show with special guests each night. Bryan will be on stage July 10 with Forrest Williams, 12th with Duke Bardwell & Friends, 24th & 26th with Mitch Rossell and his final two shows will be with Dave Perez on August 7th and 9th. Tickets are available for purchase now.

 

July 27- Brews, Bites & BINGO at Rosemary Beach Town Hal- 5:30 PM

Have a drink while you blot those Bingo boxes for a chance to win incredible prizes from local vendors all while benefitting the Rosemary Beach Foundation and their charitable partner, Food For Thought Outreach Inc. Enjoy small bites by Grayton Beer Brewpub and sip on Grayton Beer Company’s 30A Beach Blonde and 30A Rose Gose Ale. Bingo begins at 6:30 p.m. , tickets include (1) 10-pack of bingo cards, a dauber and (1) complimentary drink.

Free Fitness Slow Flow Yoga at The Market Shops in Miramar Beach – 9 AM

Bring your mat and enjoy free fitness classes on the lawn every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at The Market Shops in Miramar Beach. Classes include Slow Flow Yoga on Monday, BUTI yoga on Wednesday and Bootcamps on Friday. Free and open to the public, no reservation needed.

Morning Yoga with the Artists of Gulf Place- 8:30 AM

Start your week on a positive note with a Vinyassa Flow. Bring your mat and/or blanket and join Becky Oliphant-Smith in the town center loop. Drop in Fee is $20, no registration required.

The Prince & The Pauper at Seaside Amphitheater- 6:30 PM

Grab your blankets, chairs and the whole family and join the actors of the Seaside REP Theatre as they perform the classic tale, The Prince and The Pauper. The REP’s group of peppy players pounce through this comedic take on the classic story suited for all ages. Free and open to the public, food and beverage available for purchase.

Hydroflight Mondays at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 6:30 & 8:30 PM

Enjoy shows from fly-board extraordinaire Ben Merrell over the lagoon! Watch as he soars to the sky and makes waves at Baytowne Wharf. Free and Open to the public.

 Summer Concert Series at Rosemary Beach- 7-9 PM

Bring your chairs and blankets to East Long Green in Rosemary Beach for a night filled with great music. Each week is a different show so catch as many as you can! Enjoy Rosemary Beach Rock & Soul Revue on July 2nd, Ocean’s 9 on the 9th, Forrest Williams on the 23rd and Fais Do-Do on July 30th.

Movie Monday at The HUB in WaterSound Beach- 7:30 PM

Bring the whole family out for a free and open to the public movie night on The HUB lawn. Some seating is provided, blankets and chairs welcome. You can see Back to the Future on July 2nd, Star Wars: The Last Jedi on the 9th, A Wrinkle in Time on the 16th, Raiders of the Lost Ark on July 23rd and end the month with Endless Summer on the 30th.

Arnett’s Summer Farmhouse Concert Series- 6-10 PM

Come out for an amazing evening of farm country fun and live music at Arnett’s Gulfside Farm & Stables. Enjoy live music by local and regional artists with food and drink available for purchase. Tickets are $10 general admission or $25 for VIP which includes two drink tickets and preferred seating.

Boomin’ Tuesday at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 7-9:30 PM

Enjoy lawn games, inflatables and more family fun on the lawn at Baytowne Wharf every Tuesday night. Fireworks begin at 9:15 p.m. over the lagoon, food and beverage are available for purchase, admission is free and open to the public.

Summer Reels at Alys Beach Amphitheater- 8 PM

Bring your blankets and low-back chairs to enjoy films under the stars with the whole family. Admission is free and open to the public with refreshments available for purchase. You can watch Max 2: White House Hero on July 2nd, Beauty and the Beast on the 10th, Cars 3 on July 17th, Paddington 3 on July 24th and finish the month with Early Man on the 31st.

The Market Shops: Free BUTI Yoga – 9-10 AM

Enjoy a fun, high-energy workout with Katie Truax every Wednesday morning. Bring your own mat, classes are free and open to the public.

Farmers Market at Seascape Towne Centre- 9AM – 1 PM

Come out to do your food shopping and choose from fresh farm produce, baked goods and pastries, delicious prepared foods, and much more.

Happy Hour Paddle with 30A Paddlboard Yoga- 3-6 PM

Beginning at 3 p.m. every Wednesday, the 3-mile round trip starts at the Paddle Hut at Tom’s Landing in Point Washington, located just 5 minutes North of Grayton Beach, travels down to The Bay Restaurant and back to Tom’s Landing. Food and Beverage available for purchase.

Beauty & The Beast at Rosemary Beach- 6:30 PM

Enjoy the Seaside REP Theatre group’s fun, family-friendly rendition of the classic tale, Beauty and the Beast every Wednesday in Rosemary. Bring a chair or blanket, snacks and drinks, and enjoy the show! Free and open to all ages.

Thursdays:

Awkward Oxen Improv Hour at Fonville Press in Alys Beach- 10 AM

Awkward Oxen Improv Hour is a free, fun, interactive, and fast-paced comedy show that’s fun for groups of all ages. Join The REP’s improv troupe, The Awkward Oxen, as they play improv games, and make up scenes and songs on the spot based on audience suggestions.

Ranger’s Choice Program at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park- 3 PM

Park Rangers invite visitors of all ages to come out to learn about a topic of the Ranger’s choice for the week pertaining to the Park, wildlife, history, or anything under the sun at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Ranger’s Choice Programs take place every Thursday at 3pm. Meet in the Clubhouse! Free with regular park admission.

 

Moonlight Movies & Face Painting in Rosemary Beach- 5 PM

Join in the fun at Moonlight Movies & Face Painting held on the Western Green in Rosemary Beach on Thursday nights. Face Painting starts at 5:00 p.m. , Movie at 8:15 p.m.  Bring the family for a wholesome and fun movie night under the stars!  Blankets and Lawn Chairs are Welcome, come early for face painting. Food and beverage available for purchase. You can watch Star Wars: The Last Jedi on July 5th, The Nut Job 2 on the 12th, Coco on the 19th and LEGO Ninjago Movie July 26.

30Avenue Concert Series- 6-9 PM

Join the fun at 30Avenue on Thursday and Friday nights on the green with exciting live music from 6-9 p.m. in July. Make plans to visit South Walton’s growing shop and dine destination at Inlet Beach, take it easy on the green while enjoying the music of the area’s top artists. Every Thursday and Friday from 6-9 p.m.

Emerald Coast Theatre Company presents Romeo & Juliet- 8 PM

Emerald Coast Theatre presents Romeo and Juliet like you’ve never seen it before! This interactive version of classic theatre is adapted by Gillette Elvgren and full of play and fun to entertain the whole family. This event is free and open to the public. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy Shakespeare under the stars.

Fridays:

The Market Shops Free Fitness on the Lawn: Bootcamp – 9-10 AM

Join Cayce Collins of Encore Fitness for a free bootcamp class on the lawn at The Market Shops in Miramar Beach every Friday morning. Classes are free and open to the public, bring your own mat and water.

Seaside Central Square Cinemas at Seaside Amphitheater- 8 PM

Grab a blanket and come out to the Seaside Amphitheater on Friday night for a family movie on the lawn. Free and open to the public, refreshments available for purchase. Upcoming showings include: The Secret Life of Pets (7/6), Wall-E (7/13), Sing (7/20) and Despicable Me (7/27).

Saturdays:

Seaside Farmer’s Market at Seaside Amphitheatre- 8 AM

Seaside Farmers Market takes place in the Seaside Amphitheater every Tuesday and Saturday rain or shine 8 a.m. until Noon! Seaside Farmers Market is on a mission to educate the public about sustainable practices by providing a well-rounded, green living experience. Vendors offer farm fresh, locally grown produce, homemade baked goods, beef from happy cows, heirloom seeds, artisan breads and cheeses, organic eggs, preserves, and doggie treats, to name a few.

 

Farmer’s Market at Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach- 9 AM

From 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. the outdoor market will feature dozens of unique vendors offering locally sourced food items, such as produce, eggs, milk, cream, butter, grass-fed beef, chicken, lamb, pork, local honey, pickled vegetables, and gourmet jams. On the artisanal and green side, Grand Boulevard Farmers Market will offer flowers, herbs, soaps, and lotions.

 

Yoga on the Lawn at The HUB in WaterSound- 8:30 AM

Join Jessica Nicolosi every Saturday morning for a Vinyasa class that will leave you feeling alert and ready to take on the day. All levels welcome. $15 per person. Mats available.

30A Farmer’s Market at South Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach- 10 AM

Come out to do your food shopping and pick up fresh from the farm produce, baked goods and pastries, delicious prepared foods, and much more. Take in the stunning views of Rosemary Beach where you’ll find vendors lining the park with tents and all the good stuff. Grab a coffee from Amavida and sip as you shop.

Sunday Cinema at The Village of Baytowne Wharf- 8:30 PM

Enjoy family-friendly movies on the Baytowne Wharf events plaza lawn. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and cozy up for a feature film. Enjoy Toy Story 3 on July 8, Finding Dory on the 15th, Inside Out July 22 and Brave on the 29th. Admission is free and open to the public, refreshments available for purchase.
