July Sales in Review :: 30A Beaches

99 Pond Cypress | Sold at $2.5M

The second quarter of 2018 began with both both single family homes and condos achieving an average sales price per square foot over $500 for the 30A Beaches market. A total of 106 properties sold during July with WaterColor repeating as the top selling community for homes and Rosemary Beach earning top honors for condo sales. The highest home sale closed in Alys Beach at $5.7 million while the highest condo sale sold for $2.15 million in the Gulf view Orleans development in Rosemary Beach.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida closed nearly $28 million in residential and land sales volume in the 30A market alone and just under $48 million across all of our offices during July, staying on track for a record breaking year.
