The Forgotten Coast residential market continues to rise and closes the first quarter with 44 total homes sold and an increased number of 63 homes going under contract for the month of April. The highest priced sale recorded during April was a $1.22 million Gulf front beach home on St. George Island while the highest priced sale in Cape San Blas was a $1.15 Gulf front plantation style home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.
