Dear 30A Neighbors,

West End of 30A, Single Family Homes

There are currently 227 single family homes available on the West End of 30A ranging from $219,000 to $7,195,000.

West End 30A, Gulf Front

There are currently 17 Gulf Front properties available ranging from $2,225,000, a 2 bedroom/2 bath home with 1279 square ft. to $7,195,000 for a 6 bedroom/6.5 bath home with 5743 square ft. There have been 17 sales of Gulf Front properties over the past year ranging from $1,650,000 to $5,300,000.  The average sale has been $3,266,229 at 91% of list price, with 3730 square ft and an average of $931.78 per square ft. and 184 days on the market.

West End 30A, Non-Gulf Front

There are currently 211 active single-family homes available with the low being $219,000 and the high being $6,500,000. The average property is $1,164,615 with 2729 square ft, averaging $404.40 per square ft. and on the market an average of 196 days.

West End of 30A, Condominiums 

There are 73 active properties for sale with the lowest being $228K and the highest being $2,877,000. The average property is priced at $1,011,694 with 2016 square ft. and priced at $484.88 per square ft and an average of 1932 days on the market. There are 17 properties pending sale, The lowest being $215K and the highest being $1,595,000. The average pending property is 1555 square ft. and $390.56 per square ft and an average of 128 days on the market.

There have been 105 sales within the last year ranging from $180,000 at 363 square ft to $5,500,000 with 4079 square ft. at $1348. per square ft. and 931 days on the market.

East End of 30A, Single Family Homes Non-Gulf Front

There are currently 459 active properties on the market with the lowest being $339,000 and the highest being $8,780,000. The average property for sale is $1,749,130 with 2956 square ft and priced at $558.25 per square ft. and 185 days on the market.

There are currently 132 pending properties with the lowest being $348,999 and the highest being $4,350,000. The average pending property is $1,124.781 with 2454 square ft., priced at $449.08 per square ft.

There have been 629 sales in the past year with the lowest being $186,000 with 780 square ft and the highest being $8,200,000 with 7056 square ft. The average sale is $1,221,757. The average property sold at 96% of list price with 2631 square ft. and sold at $435.96 per square ft with an average of 170 days on the market.

East End of 30A, Single Family Homes, Gulf Front

There are 26 Active Gulf-Front properties with the lowest being $3,499,000 and 1770 square ft., to the highest being $15,750,000 with 10,035 square ft and 394 days on the market.

There are currently 4 pending properties ranging from $2,290,000 with 1440 square ft. to $6,800,000 with 3924 square ft.

There have been 18 sales this past year with the lowest being $1,990,000 with 1463 square ft., to $10,750,000 with 9161 square ft. The average sale has been $4,955,611 at 92% of list price, 4028 square ft and selling at an average of $1305.41 per square ft and 269 days on the market.

There are currently 459 properties available ranging from $339,000 for 600 sq. ft to $8,780,000 for 8581 square ft. The average listing is $1,749,430 with 2956 square ft and listed at an average of $558.25 per square ft.

There are 132 pending sales with the lowest being $384,999 with 960 square ft. to the highest sale being $8,200,000 with 7056 square ft and $2,157.07 per square ft and 2142 days on the market.

There have been 629 sales this past year with the lowest being $186,000 with 780 square ft. to the highest being $8,200,000 with 8581 square ft. The average sale is $1,221,757 at 96% of list price and 2631 square ft., $435.96 per square ft and 170 days on the market

East End of 30A, Condominiums

There are 122 properties on the market. The lowest property is listed at $204,500 with 318 square ft. and the highest property is $6,900,000 with 6972 square ft. The average listing is $711,464 with 1467 square ft, priced at $482.25 per square ft and 163 days on the market.

There are currently 55 pending properties with the lowest being $206,000 with 640 square ft and the highest is $3,950,000 with 2855 square ft at $1383.54 per square ft and 470 days on the market. The average pending property is $865,167 with 1666 square ft, and $494.41 per square ft, 115 days on the market.

There have been 267 sales within the past year, with the lowest sale being $140,000 at 71% of list price and 305 square ft. and 0 days on the market. The highest sale is $2,435,000 with 3882 square ft. and sold at $1384.62 per square ft and 478 days on the market.

There are 9 “Coming Soon” properties with the lowest $1,205,000 with 1315 square feet and priced at $890.61 per square ft. The highest is priced at $2,060,000 with 2065 square ft.
