August 2019 30A Real Estate UpdateIt is hard to believe August is here and the children are headed back to school! The Summer season is going by quickly. There has been a tremendous amount of buying and selling activity over the past few months.

On the West end of 30A between May-Aug 4 there were 106 detached single family homes sold. The average sale was $839,418 selling at 97% of list price with 2406 sf, at $336.52 per sf and126 days on the market. There were 32 Condo sales with the average sale being $570,806 at 95% of list price, with 1470 sf and $404.80 per sf and 175 days on the market.

On the East end of 30A between May-Aug 4 there were 217 detached single family homes sold. The average sale was $1,306,320 selling at 97% of list price with 2538 sf, at $485.19 per sf and 143 days on the market. There were 94 Condo sales with the average sale being $745,220 at 98% of list price with 1556 sf and at $456.74 per sf and 131 days on the market.

Gulf Front Detached Single Family Homes: There are 15 active properties ranging $2,098,000 to $7,195,000. The average being $3,705,533 with 3146 sf and $1297.72 per sf and 286 days on the market. There are 3 pending properties with the average being $3,580,333 with 3748 sf and $1,012 per sf and 293 days on the market. There have been 14 sales ranging $1,650,000 to $5,150,000. The average sale is $3,173,279 at 90% of list price with 3691 sf and $932.72 per sf and 217 days on the market.
