Sales were up in August in the Panama City Beach residential real estate market with 248 properties closed and 83 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a Gulf front, three bedroom in Hidden Dunes at $684,900 while the highest priced single family home sold was a Gulf front, five bedroom residence in Carillon Beach at $4.25 million.
