The Panama City Beach real estate market continued to be robust during September with 130 new contracts secured for condos and homes and 253 properties closed. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned nearly $7 million in sales volume with 20 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $8 million in sales volume overall.


The highest priced condo closed was a 5 bedroom bay front residence in Marina Landing at $750,000.


The highest priced single family home to sell was a bay front estate on 5.5 acres with 4 bedrooms and a private swimming pool at $3.35 million.
