Panama City Beach Rock Festival Moving to Frank Brown Park The popular SandJam Presented by Pepsi Adult Alternative Rock Festival is moving from late April to October 1-3, 2021, organizers announced today. Additionally, the 4th annual music festival is relocating from M.B. Miller Pier to Frank Brown Park in beautiful Panama City Beach.
