Sales remained strong in the 30A Beaches real estate market during February with consistent activity and increased demand. 154 properties closed and 215 new contracts were secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions with 56 transaction sides totaling nearly $84 million in sales volume. The company recorded over $106 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of February.

A six bedroom gulf front estate perched on a bluff in Blue Mountain Beach was the highest single family home to sell at $9.4 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a seven bedroom residence in the prestigious new Rosemary Beach development The Providence at $5.875 million.
