Walton County Sheriff’s Office is truly humbled by the outpouring of support from our friends in the community.

Our sincerest thanks go to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club Sassy Sisters and Andrea Rockefeller who, along with private donors, contributed more than $40,000 to the K-9 Unit to go towards the purchase of additional K-9’s to serve the community of Walton County.
Working K-9’s are an invaluable asset to our agency. They are the eyes and ears of their handlers and train diligently in their respective areas of expertise including drug detection and criminal apprehension.
“My eyes are your eyes to watch and protect you. My ears are your ears to hear and detect evil in the dark. My nose is your nose to scent invaders. And so you may live, my life is also yours.”
