The St. Joe Company and BRW MidGrove, LLC (BRW) are well underway with their joint venture to construct The Lodge 30A, a boutique hotel in Seagrove Beach, Florida. The Lodge 30A is under construction on Scenic 30A next to Greenway Station, a planned mixed-use development.
