This year’s event was the most lucrative year since the event’s inception in 2010, raising over $20,000 for Shelter House.Hundreds of women gathered Thursday night at Grand Boulevard to peruse the expansive silent auction of hundreds of new and gently designer handbags and accessories while enjoying craft beer donated by Grayton Beer Company, cocktails from Timber Creek Distillery and enjoying hors d’oeuvres from Grimaldi’s Pizzeria and Another Broken Egg in Sandestin. Designer brands that were featured in the auction included Valentino, Prada, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Dooney & Bourke, Kate Spade, Dagne Dover, Sorrelli, and more. 30A TV (Walton County Sheriff’s Office asking for the public’s help) UPDATE AT: http://30a-tv.com/30a/walton-county-sheriffs-office-asking-for-the-publics-help/ 30A TV Video — Two homes in Walton County are burglarized over the weekend and now Walton County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. On Sunday, Deputies responded to the Grayton Beach area in reference to two separate burglaries at two different homes that occurred between 1:30 AM and 2:20 AM. Investigators collected video from one of the homes that captured the suspect who appears to be a white female with long dark wavy hair. The suspect is possibly wearing glasses. During these incidents, two cars in front of homes were ransacked as well. Victims in both cases were home at the time of the burglaries. Anyone with information is asked to call the Walton County Sheriff’s Office at (850) 892-8186 or you can remain anonymous by calling Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at (850) 863-TIPS.
