While Florida is a constitutional carry state as of July 1st, there are still a couple of benefits for Floridians who choose to obtain a concealed weapons license. Florida House Bill 543 signed into law by Governor DeSantis on April 3, 2023, removes the requirement for having a concealed firearm license to carry a concealed firearm in Florida.
