Please use the SHARE buttons to forward this news Sales fell slightly in the 30A Beaches real estate market during September with 106 properties closed and 62 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded 30 sides and nearly $38 million in sales volume in the 30A Beaches market. The brokerage had over $67 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month of September. A five bedroom, gulf view residence in Alys Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $13 million. The highest priced condo sold was a three bedroom, gulf front penthouse in Compass Point at WaterSound Beach at $4.387 million.
