Walton Area Chamber of Commerce to Host Annual Gala

The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce their 2017 Annual Gala will be held Thursday, January 19, 2017, at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa beginning at 5:30 p.m.

A cocktail reception will kick off the gala where guests will have the opportunity to socialize with other attendees including elected officials, dignitaries, business owners, chamber members and guests.

The Walton Area Chamber of Commerce CEO, Megan Harrison, will be the nights Master of Ceremonies as the community is invited to celebrate the successes of 2016, while looking toward the future and how the Walton Area will continue to prosper.

The night’s festivities will include naming the 2017 board of directors, including incoming chairman, Fred Leopold of Community Bank, and several awards voted on by the community including volunteer of the year, young professional of the year, small business of the year – north Walton, small business of the year – south Walton, large business of the year and the Walton Area Chamber person of the year. Voting for these categories is open until 11:59 p.m. Monday, January 2, 2017 at http://bit.ly/WACCNomination.

A variety of sponsorship opportunities are available for area businesses. Dependent on level, sponsorship includes event signage, logo inclusion, valet passes, drink token, reserved seating and social media mentions.

Cost to attend is $75 for individual chamber members and $95 for non-members. Cost includes welcome reception beverage, dinner and live entertainment.
