GASTONIA, N.C. — A Gastonia woman has won Super Bowl tickets for life.

Amy Stonger, 34, has been announced by Bud Light as the winner of its “Super Bowl Tickets for Life” sweepstakes.

According to a media release, Stonger is a “huge Saints fan” and a graduate of UNC Charlotte.

According to contest rules, Stonger will receive the grand prize of four tickets to each Super Bowl for the next 30 years, beginning with Super Bowl LII next month.

Stonger and her three guests have also won an all-expenses paid trip worth about $8,100 to Super Bowl LII in Minneapolis from Feb. 2 to 5. The trip includes round-trip air transportation, hotel accommodations for three consecutive nights, ground transportation to and from the hotel and the game, and $500.

The approximate total retail value of the prize over 30 years is $195,000, or about $1,627 per ticket. Beginning in 2020, Stonger could elect to forego her remaining Super Bowl tickets and take a cash option of $35,000.

If Stonger is unable to use the tickets for any Super Bowl, she must provide notice to the sponsor at a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled game date. No additional compensation will be provided for the tickets.
