Whether you love movies, music, bike rides or theatre, there’s always something happening on 30A during June, July and August. We’ve gathered fun + free events from top South Walton communities to make it easy to plan your summer agenda.


GULF PLACE

The Gulf Place Amphitheater and YOLO Board + Bike

 

The Gulf Place Sunday Market featuring an eclectic gathering of artisan wares and goodies is held each Sunday from 4PM to 8PM in tandem with the Summer Sunday Concert Series from 6PM to 8PM at the Gulf Place Amphitheater. Explore the natural beauty of South Walton with the 30A YOLO Bike & Beach Club, a free group bike ride into the Longleaf Pine Greenway.

 

 


SEASIDE

Free events Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
The Seaside Amphitheater

 

All summer long, Seaside presents a children’s theatre performance of The Prince and the Pauper from The Repertory Theatre at 6:30pm on Mondays. Tuesdays, enjoy a concert from Huck & Lilly at 6:30PM, a fun-filled musical performance for children and the grown-ups who love them. On Wednesdays, gather for an outdoor concert at 7PM from select regional acts. Then enjoy a family favorite movie under the stars at 9PM on Fridays.

 


ALYS BEACH

Fonville Press and the Alys Beach Amphitheater

On Mondays, join the Seaside Repertory Theatre at the Fonville Press for a completely original storytelling experience for children of all ages at 10am. Also at Fonville, prepare for the Awkward Oxen Improv Hour, an interactive and fast-paced comedy show that’s fun for groups of all ages with a workshop each Wednesday and performance each Thursday at 10am. Head to Alys Beach Amphitheater on Tuesday evenings at 8pm for an outdoor family-friendly movie and Wednesday evenings at 7pm for an outdoor concert.

 


ROSEMARY BEACH

East Long Green, North Barrett Square and the Western Green

 

Each Monday, go to the East Long Green for the latest installment of the Here Comes the Sun Concert Series at 7PM. On Wednesdays, gather at North Barrett Square for a magical rendition of Beauty and the Beast from The Repertory Theatre at 6:30PM. Thursdays are for the kids with Moonlight Movies and Face Painting, beginning at 5PM at the Western Green with movie screening at 8:15PM.

Village Commons Lawn

The Summer on the Lawn series features a live music performance every Sunday and a live theatre performance from the Emerald Coast Theatre Company every Tuesday. All events are held at the Village Commons lawn and are free and open to the public.

 

 

 

 


THE HUB

Free events ALL Week

Located in the Prominence community by WaterSound Beach, the Hub offers a variety of events all week long! This unique venue features restaurants and shops surrounding a lawn and patio area with comfortable seating, a fireplace, an amphitheater for live music and a 25’ LED Jumbotron for movies and sports. Enjoy movie screenings of family favorites on Mondays and Wednesdays, a DJ Dance Party on the Lawn on Fridays and live music Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
