Paul Hunter, owner of Grayton Beach Fitness of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and members of his Team are partnering with CSSW to conduct a Tai Chi demonstration and workshop. According to the Mayo Clinic website (www.mayoclinic.org), Tai Chi puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because Tai Chi is a low impact exercise, it may be especially suitable for older adults. Tai Chi is graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. There may be an opportunity to try the movements so please wear comfortable attire. There will be light refreshments and a raffle following the demonstration and workshop.

Coastal Seniors of South Walton, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and looking for dedicated, enthusiastic persons to join our Board of Directors.   You can become a member of CSSW and register for the September Workshop on Facebook at Coastal Seniors of South Walton or via email at coastalseniorsofsouthwalton@gmail.com or on the website at www.coastalseniorsofsouthwalton.org.
