WALTON COUNTY, Fla— Numerous suspects in two separate incidents spent Thanksgiving burglarizing and stealing cars in the south end of Walton County.

Thursday, November 22nd at approximately 7:15 PM a suspect seen in home surveillance video burglarized several vehicles on White Heron Drive in Santa Rosa Beach.

He is described as a white male in his early 20’s with a thin build and brown hair standing approximately 5’10” to 6′ tall wearing a white hoodie and torn blue jeans smoking a cigarette.

In a separate incident, three unknown suspects entered an unlocked Dodge Ram early Friday morning around 2 AM on Shore Drive in Miramar Beach. They rummaged through the vehicle and then stole a 2017 Ford Explorer.

Surveillance video from a separate residence shows the same three suspects entering an unlocked vehicle but nothing was stolen. Additional video discovered from a business on North Holiday Road captures the stolen vehicle proceeding to the light at US Highway 98 West.

During the canvas of the area, several vehicles parked to the east of the victim’s residence were observed unlocked. Contact with each unlocked vehicle owner was made and none of the vehicles appeared to have been rummaged through or any items stolen.
