It is amazing how time flies..we are now past Spring Break and headed into the Summer peak tourist season!  I am working with a number of buyers in all price points, and listing inventory is still down.  If you are interested in selling your home, please give me a call.  I would love to answer any questions you may have!  This past week I have had a number of cash buyers place  properties under contract ranging from the $200’s to $4,000,000.00!

There are currently 37 Active properties ranging from $1,600,000 to $8,780,000. The average list price is $3,226,838. with 3286 square ft and $977.08 per square ft and 256 days on the market.  There are three pending properties ranging from $1,195,000 to $1,399,000. There have been 38 sold properties this year ranging from $850K to $8,200,000 with the average sale being $2,522,871 at 94% of list price with 3215 square ft which is $772.27 per square ft and 192 days on the market.

Rosemary Beach, Gulf Front, Detached Single Family Homes

There are 5 active properties ranging $3,599,000 to $10,900,000 with the average list price being $5,848,600 and 3253 square ft, $1745.64 per square ft and 854 days on the market.

There has been one sold this past year at $4,575,000 at 93% of list price with 3222 square ft and $1419.93 per square ft and 540 days on the market.

There are currently 36 active properties available ranging from $649K to $1,499,000. The average list price is $871,326 with 2435 per square ft, at $357.87 per square ft and 132 days on the market.  There are three pending properties ranging $740K to $899K.  There have been 32 sales ranging $625K to $1,580,000 with the average sale being $861,109, sold at 97% of list price, with 2414 square ft, $356.19 per square ft, and 190 days on the market.
