Sales remained active during July for the Forgotten Coast residential real estate market. There were 37 single family homes closing and 40 pending across key communities. St. Joe Beach and Mexico Beach had the highest transaction totals for the month. The highest priced property to sell during July was a bay front home on St. George Island with a private boat dock and a sandy beach.
