November remained steady for Panama City Beach residential real estate sales with 198 properties closed and 74 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a three bedroom in the Gulf front development Summerwinds Condo at $795,000 while the highest priced single family home sold was a Gulf front, six bedroom residence with private pool in Carillon Beach for $3.275 million.
