Real estate sales were strong during June for Panama City Beach market with 174 new contracts secured for condos and homes and 284 properties closed (up by over 100 closings from May!). Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned nearly $6.8 million in sales volume with 20 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $8.4 million in sales volume overall.


The highest priced condo closed was an eighth floor Gulf front unit in Sterling Beach with 4 bedrooms and wall-to-ceiling glass walls at $853,000.


The highest priced single family home to sell was a completely remodeled Gulf front property with 5 bedrooms and over 3,800 square feet in the Bahama Beach subdivision closing at $2.7 million.
