Real estate sales continued to be strong during July for the Panama City Beach market with 134 new contracts secured for condos and homes and 294 properties closed. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned nearly $10.5 million in sales volume with 29 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $13.4 million in sales volume overall.


The highest priced condo closed was an eleventh floor Gulf front end unit in En Soleil with 3 bedrooms, a spacious balcony and stunning Gulf views at $712,000.


The highest priced single family home to sell was a luxurious Gulf front property with 7 bedrooms and 4,100 square feet in the Bel Air subdivision closing at $2.35 million.
