July was another productive month for the Destin and Miramar Beach real estate markets with 207 properties closed and 209 new contracts recorded for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $113 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.
A gulf view, seven bedroom estate in Destiny by the Sea was the highest priced property to sell during in Destin at $2.829 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a five bedroom, bay view home in Burnt Pine in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at $4.5 million.
The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a four bedroom, bay front residence in One Water Place at Kelly Plantation at $2.8 million. A two bedroom, gulf front unit in the non rental complex of One Beach Club Drive in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort was the highest priced condo to sell in Miramar Beach at $1.425 million.
