The 30A Beaches real estate market remained consistently active during the month of October with 146 properties closed and 122 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A market in both volume and transactions with $88 million in sales volume and 65 transaction sides. The company recorded nearly $103 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of October.

A six bedroom, gulf front home in Santa Rosa Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $6.78 million. This property was listed by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Beach Properties of Florida.

The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence in the WaterColor community at $3.55 million.
