November was another active month for the 30A Beaches real estate market with 138 properties closed and 118 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A market in both volume and transactions with $101 million in sales volume and 73 transaction sides. The company recorded nearly $125 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of November.


A five bedroom, gulf view estate in Alys Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $9.05 million.


The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence The Crossings at WaterSound Beach at $3 million.
