A. Gary Walsingham Academy

Panama City Beach’s Newest School

Breakfast Point East’s newest home buyers will benefit from a new neighborhood school, A. Gary Walsingham Academy. With it’s 2021-2022 school year starting off as K-2 school, the school anticipates adding a grade level each year until they are operating as a K-8 school with a thriving pre-k center! The school’s STEAM program encourages students to realize their potential and to be creative in a variety of ways by preparing for everyday life skills. It is designed to engage students in real-world problem-based learning across the curriculum while integrating science, technology, engineering, art, and math standards. Your child can become a Walsingham Wahoo by purchasing a Samuel Taylor Home in the new beautiful Breakfast Point East community.

Publix Sports Park Opens

Through a public-private partnership with Visit Panama City Beach, St. Joe Company and Bay District Schools, Breakfast Point homeowners along with others from around the country can enjoy a world-class sports complex on the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. The project was one of the largest sports parks in the southeast. Offering multiple sports leagues and programs for adults and children ranging from kickball, baseball, softball, field hockey, soccer, and more! Breakfast Point East homeowners will soon be able to conveniently walk to this world class park!

Breakfast Point East Community

The Breakfast Point East community is located adjacent to the existing Breakfast Point community, a sold out 449-homesite development also by the St. Joe Company. Planned features of the community’s initial phase include open space, neighborhood parks, and access to Gayle’s Trails, a paved trail system that connects to the region’s larger trail network.

The community’s location allows easy access to Panama City Beach’s shopping and dining, white-sand beaches, local schools, along with the new Publix Sports Complex. Planned future phases of the Breakfast Point East community will connect to Chip Seal Parkway.
