Do you want to join Roux 30a on their Around the World series tour for stop two? Oui Oui! This month we’re taking a trip to France, home of the City of Love or the City of Light, whichever you prefer. On October 12th and 13th, Chef Nikhil Abuvala and his team will host a five-course dinner shaped by traditional French cuisine and a Roux 30a-custom twist. From August to December, celebrate the return of Roux 30a’s beloved Around the World series, where a new country & its cuisine will be featured each month.
