October sales remained consistent with the previous month in the 30A Beaches real estate market with 100 properties closed and 65 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions with 30 sides and over $39 million in sales volume for the month. The brokerage had nearly $63 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month of September.


A five bedroom, gulf front residence in Rosemary Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $21 million.


The highest priced condo sold was a two bedroom residence in The Whitby in the Town Center of Alys Beach at $2.725 million.
