The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, three bedroom residence in En Soleil at $1.3 million.


The highest priced single family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a gulf view, four bedroom home in Bid a Wee at $2.765 million.


The highest priced single family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, four bedroom home for $950,000.


The highest priced new construction, single family home to sell in Panama City was a five bedroom St. George plan in SweetBay at $723,264.
