Tis’ the Season! Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida is pleased to announce that the St. George Island office will serve as a drop off location for Franklin County Toys for Tots. With the assistance of the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation, Franklin County Toys for Tots provides local children in need the ultimate dream of a new unwrapped toy for Christmas. Children are served in Apalachicola, Eastpoint, St George Island, Carrabelle, and Lanark Village.

“Our St. George Island office is thrilled to kick off the holiday season by serving as a toy collection site,” said Jennifer Ledesma, managing broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida. “It is humbling to play a small role in fulfilling the wishes of local children, and to see the generosity of our community.”

Members of the public are invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys now through December 1st at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida St. George Island office located at 140 W. 1^st Street, Suite B. The office is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
