November sales decreased in the 30A Beaches real estate market as is generally typical with this time of year with 88 properties closed and 52 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions with 34.5 sides and nearly $44 million in sales volume for the month. The brokerage had over $57 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month of November.


A six bedroom, gulf front residence in Seagrove was the highest priced single family home to sell at $18.25 million.


The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence at Turtle Beach II at $2.75 million.
