Sales remained steady in the Destin and Miramar Beach real estate markets during August with 107 properties closed and 90 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. On Okaloosa Island, there were 13 condos sold and 15 condos placed under contract, and no single-family sales and two homes placed under contract. In Navarre Beach, sales were also consistent with 13 single-family homes and condos combined closed and 10 properties placed under contract.
