Free Fitness on the Lawn continues next week Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The classes are free to attend and open to individuals of all fitness levels. No pre-registration is required, but guests are asked to bring their own mat. We have everything from pilates to tabata circuit training. These classes will go on RAIN or SHINE! We have an intimate indoor space, located across from Sirens at the Beach, to use should weather be an issue. Come sweat with us!
