Did you know our Free Fitness on the Lawn continues despite rainy weather? We have an intimate indoor space, located across from Sirens at the Beach, to use should weather be an issue. Don’t let the weather rain on your fitness! We’re happy to see the weekly turnout for our free classes continue to grow. Join us Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for everything from pilates to tabata circuit training. No pre-registration is required, but guests are asked to bring their own mat.
