As a reminder, Fitness on the Lawn takes place on the lawn (weather permitting) or in the private space across from Sirens at the Beach every weekday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. We have recruited some of the area’s most talented instructors of pilates, Pure Barre, yoga and tabata to help our guests (of all skill-levels) break a sweat! Classes are complimentary to attend. All we ask is that guests bring their own mats.
