AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE FOR FANS ALONG THE GULF COAST
50% of proceeds from the Milton, FL Soulful Sessions concert benefit locals impacted by Hurricane Irma
WHAT: Louisiana’s Sweetheart, Amanda Shaw, is offering fans throughout the Gulf Coast a special opportunity to experience her music like never before with the announcement of the Soulful Sessions Concert Series. Many people have seen Shaw on the big stages of festivals including French Quarter Fest and Jazz Fest, but Soulful Sessions will offer fans a personal performance in a more intimate setting.
The concert series premiered on August 25th to a sold-out crowd in Baton Rouge. This month, Gulf Coast fans can enjoy a similar up-close-and-personal experience that highlights Shaw’s more mature sound with an acoustic set of her expanded music catalog. Shaw’s tour will include venues in Mobile, AL, Milton, FL and Ocean Springs, MS.
The concert series will eventually return to Louisiana to close out in New Orleans in late September. The Amanda Shaw Foundation is donating fifty percent of the dollars collected by Shaw from the Milton, FL show to local families impacted by Hurricane Irma.

DETAIL.S: Shaw has enjoyed a robust music career, performing regionally, nationally and internationally for nearly two decades. The Louisiana favorite, who gains inspiration from artists including Dolly Parton and Bonnie Raitt, has been a regular on the festival and events scene since she was young musician. Shaw is looking forward to sharing this unique experience with fans in the area. As she grows as an artist, her music will continue to progress to showcase her talent while honoring her local heritage.
