The Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court and Comptroller returned unspent revenues of $559,608.78 to the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners for the fiscal year 2016-17.

This makes the fifth consecutive year since taking office the Santa Rosa County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Donald C. Spencer has returned unspent revenues to the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners. The amount over that time period totals $1,586,428.83.
