PANAMA CITY — The Panama City Police Department is seeking the public’s help finding a runaway juvenile.

Gabrielle Young, 17, is a white female, 5-foot-7 and weighs about 190 pounds. Young’s natural hair color is brown, but she changes the color frequently, according to police.
