BLOTTER: Man touches woman’s privates while she’s asleep, is arrested for battery

SANTA ROSA BEACH — A 41-year-old Ohio man was arrested on battery charges after he touched a woman's private parts while she was asleep. According to a Walton County Sheriff's Office arrest report, the man reached inside the woman's pants and “rubbed her (redacted)” while she was asleep.
