Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded another active month in February leading the 30A Beaches real estate market in number of transactions closed with 32 transaction sides. Overall, the highest priced property sold along Scenic Highway 30A was in Rosemary Beach at $7 million while WaterColor consistently remains the leading 30A community for number of sales with 7 closings.
