Sandestin Investments is launching a new condo development, Osprey Pointe at Sandestin. The project consists of 77 luxury units in five buildings, with a pool and outdoor recreation space in a pristine setting. Osprey Pointe will be just north of the existing Heron Walk Road and south of Jolee Island, the resort’s bayfront island preserve.
