Single family closed sales were up 16% for February compared to the same month last year. The number of pending sales for Walton County was was up 11.7%. Inventory was down 6.7%, dropping for the 10th month in a row. Median sales price was down 4.8%. Dollar volume increased 2.9% over last year at $117.8 Million.
