Spring has arrived at NatureWalk at Seagrove, and this vibrant 30A community is bursting with activity and excitement. April began with the annual Spring Fling Wing Ding, a free family-friendly community event with live music, wing tastings, giveaways, children’s activities and more. Thank you to everyone who participated and attended!

April was also a near record-breaking month for our on-site sales team with 11 properties contracted! The most homes contracted in NatureWalk to date in a calendar month is 13, and we’re so proud of our team for closing in on this benchmark before the busy summer season. Of these sales, seven properties were new builds and four were community resales.
Progress continues for the third and final phase of NatureWalk with construction going vertical this month. A beautiful wooden bridge leads to this new phase where there are still opportunities to personalize a home to suit your style and needs.
