The 30A communities of NatureWalk at Seagrove and WaterColor remained among the most popular neighborhoods to buy along Scenic Highway 30A tying for the most single family home sales during May.

89 S Charles St | Alys Beach

For the second consecutive month, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida had the highest sale of the month, closing 89 S Charles Street in Alys Beach at $5.525 million.

Additional company highlights include the highest number of residential transaction sides for the 30A beaches market with 52 sides, and a total sales volume of $39.4 million for the 30A Beaches market alone.
