The Apalachicola Oyster Cook-Off is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to support the Apalachicola Volunteer Fire Department at one of our favorite Forgotten Coast weekends each year. Set for January 18th – 19th, 2019 at Riverfront Park, proceeds from the 9th edition of the cook-off will go towards paying for the fire truck the department was able to purchase from a previous fundraiser.

Highlights of the event will include a silent auction, oysters galore, shrimp, smoked mullet, hot dogs, hamburgers, local beer, live music, kids’ activities, dancing performances and a 5K run! Prepare your best recipe for the oyster cook-off contest or just come out for a beautiful day of great food, fellowship, family fun and live music.
